Pretty quiet area, ideal and excellent location, really close to the golf club, public transport and the Centre of Edinburgh. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Duddingston Kirk Church.

The room was spacious, with two double beds and comfortable pillows. The bathroom was huge and well-equipped, with a bath and a walk-in shower. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. I especially appreciated the friendly and cute nature of the staff, were very good to make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and great service.

The location here is super convenient, right in the heart of everything. My bed was comfy too. the staff were really nice and hooked me up with a sweet double room that had a cool view of the street. 😊

Free WiFi and TV, as well as a garden. I felt like a modern-day aristocrat, sipping tea and scrolling through Instagram in the elegant garden while pretending to be cultured at the National Museum of Scotland.

He was attentive to all my needs and made me feel more like a friend than a guest. the bed was incredibly comfortable, with the best pillows I have ever slept on. the linens were top-notch as well. the walk-in shower and private bath were an added luxury. the immaculate gardens provided a peaceful atmosphere. the property was conveniently located, only a short drive away from the city center, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area, including the beautiful Arthur's Seat.

One aspect I didn't like was the rude behavior of the owner's brother. He was extremely impolite and made me feel uncomfortable during the checkout process.
